Ed Maloney

Mon Mar 28, 2011 5:13 pm

Steve Hinton sent out a message yesterday that Ed Maloney was in the hospital and in pretty bad shape with a blood infection.
Steve just sent out another message that Ed is responding well to treatment and is in better shape today.
With that good news I thought it would be a good opportunity for the WIX community to rally around him with our prayers and good wishes.

Best wishes to Mr. Maloney. I think of him as the first warbird collector. Although I have never met him he has my respect.

I've met Ed on a number of occasions and always found him to be a wonderful chap. I put his contribution to the preservation of aviation history right up there with Paul Garber, which is a huge mountain to climb. All the best Ed... please get well soon!
