Spit blades do bend, look closely at one on takeoff or high power climb and the tips will be slightly forward.

Having an engineering background, I do realize they are not infinitely stiff. A bent wooden blade is much harder to straighten though.

The TF-project grows. Some bodywork for the team, the doghouse will be buildt up new.



.... also some work at the Focke Wulf Fw190 A8/M WkNr 980554. Hope that they can fire up the engine next week

Yak-3 D-FLUG ...... some minutes before they pushed the ship back into the shop. It needs some paintwork and some work at the electrical systems.

BBD arrived today in the shop !!!!!!

What a day ! Rob Davis and his daughter ferried the fighter today to MeierMotors (EDTG). What a fantastic plane ....

The fighter belongs to the "air fighter academy GmbH" Rangsdorf based at Usedom. They have a huge collection of fantastic warbirds.....
