Haha, those are just for the drag racing. They are much shorter 364 other days out of the year.
We had Hot Rod TV back yesterday to coincide with getting it back from paint on Wednesday. It's looking really killer. Man, that paint is bright! But I wanted eye-searing. I'd say I got it! Hahaha!
Some pics here...

That sure looks like it fits into the 'Stuns small animals' red, I can't wait to see it either and now, you can take it to Orphan Cars shows along with Studies and RAMBLERS and be welcomed warmly

not like a guy with a MUSTANG @ a HONDA show-

Red is my absolute least favorite color for a car, but that thing still looks GOOD. Can't wait to see the finished product.

This was about 1am last night, but she has finally turned a wheel in anger! We spent about 30-45 minutes terrorizing the neighborhood. It is BAD.

You'll start to see this ad popping up in all the various mags. Designed by redorchesta with illustration by Jeff Norwell.

Probably one of the coolest aspects though is Raybestos agreed to make a limited edition 1:18 diecast version too! I really fought hard for this. The running joke was that the real car was going to be done before the diecast. They ended up beating us by 3 weeks though.

We drove it 75 miles or so up to Union Grove Wis. on Saturday to the Hunnert Car Heads Up. Raybestos brought in Top Fueler pilot Clay Millikan to beat on it. He made 3 passes, the best at 11.66 at 128mph with severe tire spin with the road race tires. Clay was super cool. He loved the car, and had all kinds of high praise for us and the car. There are some pics on our FB page, but I'll try to post some later on. Sweepstakes entry opens today.
A friend of mine made this video at the track...
