Warbird Information Exchange

I posted some pics of this Skyraider a while back. Here's some others that were taken in Iceland on it's hop back to the states. This is the one that is tied up with the Feds. Sorry if any repeats.









This is the Iceland Air plane that was parked nearby. Always wondered what the history of it was? (hint, hint) Sorry for the grainy pic....it was all I had.



Ok....I found a better pic that someone else took. It was listed as a C-47A, TF-NPK



Also found this 2006 Youtube of it cutting the grass with a low pass at an air show. Seen some info that said it has been in the fleet since 1947. No mention before that.

Looks like it went out of the fleet as a fertilizer plane and then came back in. This is 2002 vid in a different color scheme. Good footage.
