H nose with 2 added M2s. Nose and gun packs were added at the depot New Caladonia.

Good eye Jack! Two .50's were standard on the G, plus the cannon. Four .50's in the clamshell would become the H-model setup.
I like the early style blister pack and the first generation muzzle blast skin reinforcement. Just under the nose are two flat extensions that might be shell ejection locations ... that doesn't look familiar to me.
And the final goodie (that I see) - is that a zippered boot on the nose strut?

The "H" nose set up were shipped has kits and added to the 42nd BG 'D' models.

Surely you have a photo of that - would love to see (what I assume is) a rare variant of B-25.
