A selection from the Shuttleworth evening display this Saturday. The weather did conspire to “turn the lights of” just as the main display started.

Beginning with a tribute to all the Pushers and Pullers ho make things happen. Everyone, Engineers and Pilots included, mucks in. It’s a real team effort.

Now the flying.

Someone has a new toy to play with!!

The display was superb considering the conditions.

For the first time in ages, the Edwardians were able to display.

Only one more display to go this season. On October 2nd. Don’t miss it!

Its a 1912 Blackburn Monoplane, the oldest flying British Built aircraft.

All of the Flyable Edwardians were displayed, the Bristol Boxkite, Avro Triplane and Blackburn monoplane. The Former two being replicas built for the film Those Maginicent Men in their Flying Machines.

It is always a pleasure to view both our photos. Excellent work.
