 Post subject: A-26 location unknown

This bird landed with the gear up at NKP in 1968. I was one of 4 Sgts that worked round the clock for 3 months to get her put back together and she made a great test flight and was put back to work. I would like to know if anyone knows what ever happened to this aircraft. I would like to see her again. Thanks

I forgot to add the tail number, it was 660. thanks

We're good but not THAT good. The crystal ball I got in A&P school has been consulted so many times over the years it's the size of a frosted marble :lol:

The Florence Museum was dismantled many years ago. 17671 was summarily scrapped on site by the good folks from the NMUSAF.
