I'm surprised that there haven't been any photos of Mudge the Reinactor in action at Flying Legends....

I got uncomfirmed reports that mudge got in a fight. Aparently someone thought he shouldn't be dressing around parading as someone in the military!

If he is not in the military then he should not be pretending like he is.

I don't seriously believe that there would be any question about whether Mudge is in the military or not upon close inspection.

It was just a joke. You know warbird2 I run a forum of my own and I am pretty good at it. If you aks anyone they will tell you how friendly I am with everybody. I even go as far as send thank yous to every person who joins. So I am a bit lax here on wix since I do not have to moderate it. This is a cool place to talk some warbirds, chew the fat, and do some hanger chat. I am sure jokes are made in a REAL hanger as does here on WIX.

Regards,
Nathan

With rights come responsibilities. Just because you have the RIGHT to say or do something doesn't mean you SHOULD. For instance, I have the RIGHT to walk up to Chuck Yeager and call him a self-aggrandizing jackwagon... doesn't mean I SHOULD, though.

Thus endeth the sermon.

You know what, fellas? This was supposed to be funny...

I was excited that Mr. and Mrs. Mudge got to go to Flying Legends and was making light of that fact.

Can't we all just play nice, M'kay?

Most of us understood your post for its humor and we also were happy to know that Mr. and Mrs. Mudge were able to attend.

As far as the playing nice, it's a couple of relatively new "contributors" (and I use that term loosely) to WIX that have driven a goodly number of us into either lurking or just not bothering to come here at all. I will say that having this new crop has given many of us much more free time for other pursuits. I'll crawl back under my rock now.
