PT-26 returns to the sky

Tue Jul 12, 2011 2:30 am

After all the dismal news of late I thought i'd share some good news for a change.

One of our Cascade Warbird members had an engine out incident followed by an off field landing a couple years ago. You can read his account of the incident here----> http://www.cascadewarbirds.org/Jul09.pdf (Page 8 - Valentine's Day Adventure)

Well, it's great to see his bird is back in the air where it belongs

I'm looking forward to seeing the PT soon!

If you're talking Bob's ex don't hold your breath. Too much structural damage to make it worthwhile.

I know but it sucks. I proped him once in Hood River and was just weird
with that backwards turning motor!

I miss the Chippie too! I still have the King5 news report on my DVR. I'm glad I got the chance to go up in it once. The IAR is alot of fun though and once it's new paint scheme gets finished it'll be pretty sweet.
