just read in today's paper of a scam like this in canada, they want you to front 3500.00 for the processing fee 
my dad got 1 of these last year, same deal, he turned it over to the fuzz with no results up to today's break through.

Hence why we have a 'Royal Air Force' not the 'Royal British Air Force'. When you are talking about Royal organisations, 'British' is assumed. This is why we have a 'Royal Air Force' and the Ozzies have a 'Royal Australian Air Force'.
