I'm with you Dan K! Round is better!! Do we really need yet another P-51? What I suggest is, we change the title of this post to:

"Wanted partner for an SB2C-5"

Round engine-better, $385,000-cheaper, only one other in the world flying-rarer, all in all a much better candidate for everybody to throw their hard earned $50 at.

Well, whaddya think? Any takers? I'm in for at least two shares.

Mac

Works for me.

I can even think of a little shop in Minnesota that might do the work.

Come join the dark side, Tulio!

Holy water, lots and lots of it, on you two!

And just so I won't be misunderstood: Some of my best friends, are round engines . . . : ) [notice that I did not say, own round engines].

Friends don't let friends, fly round engined airplanes. : )

Stayeth awayeth from me(yeth?) thou and thy rounded infernal
contraptions!

: )

Saludos,

Tulio

....Or kinda like a typical aircraft share partnership, only with a bit more
exotic machinery. As I queried an Page 2, as long as the PIC(s) are
qualified properly on the aircraft type and the maintenance needs are are met properly, why would the insurance company NOT permit insurance
on a WIX TF-51 corporation?

SB2C has an R-2600.

You don't need to change the oil in a 2600.

Just keep adding.
