This is the place where the majority of the warbird (aircraft that have survived military service) discussions will take place. Specialized forums may be added in the new future

I haven't had any luck with them either. You can check out Pioneer Airport on the museum webcam, but that's all I've found.
Twitter rumor has FIFI's ETA on Tuesday around 1400 CDT.
Lugging a big camera around isn't my thing (and Al's got a lock on the artsy-fartsy), but I'll point 'n click anything you want. The plan is to be on the grounds first thing Tuesday am. Hope to have pics posted late (late) Tues.

Was there on monday, never been that early in the week before, but my dad insisted on seeing REO speedwagon. So I missed fifi, but all said a very fine time, except for witnessing an ultralight helicopter/gyro crash just off the ultralight runway (pilot apparently ok?) never wanna hear that sound again.
Highlights for me:
FW-190
Glacier Girl (always a pleasure)
Bearcat flying in blue angel colors!
P-51's breaking over the field all day, never gets old
Field full of shiny p-51s, and that beautiful malcolm hooded "old crow"
couple football fields worth of t-6s
grumman j2f
the beautiful sound of big piston aircraft engines
being there for my dad's first time at oshkosh
and of course the GA stuff
Enjoyed seeing the wildcat aerobatic routine, but either missed warbirds (while listening to Dick Rutan give an excellent talk on his voyager flight) or they didnt fly except the t-34s and t-28s. If i remember i'll post any decent pictures tomorrow! -mike
