The state DOT decided not to open the road to a viewpoint on Mt. Baker this year because it still has 30 feet of snow on the road :shock: , and the first snow of the season @ that elevation (5300')is usually in the first week of October-after the Winter from - - - -, we are now having the Summer of never, I'm not logging any motorcycle miles, and I'm fed up with being cold in August! :evil:

Yes, stunning pictures indeed. It's an event I never thought I'd see, two original Luftwaffe fighters in the air together. And I wouldn't have seen them if you hadn't shared Al. Thanks for posting!

Again, stunning images. Those first couple of shots of the '190, taxiing along with those trees in the background, could almost be Russian Front material - apart from the concrete, of course... :wink:
