Well, this particular aircraft (C-FIQM) started life as C-54G 45-635 so I guess it already was a warbird.

And yes, I'm hoping to see this on Ice Pilots too.

I thought it was pretty good other than the narrator not knowing a thing about aviation. (altimeter in NOT pronounced 'aulti-meeter')

It is in UK english, and I think the narrator was from there

They must have re-dubbed the narrator then because he definitely didn't have a British accent in the version I watched.

Vit a mins, al yew min eum, med sins, miss aisles, a bonnet covers the cars engine but the hood covers you in the car, inspect the covers for flints (look @ the tire treads for sharp rocks) It's sort of like when I moved to Lousiana from the West Coast the first guy I met told me 'Y'all tawk fuunie' so I replied 'yes, but I didn't have to rent a 'Y'all Hawl' to move here.
