What type of planes in this photo on Ebay?

item # 120767099834 What year would these planes be taking to the skies? My guess 1920 to 1930.

Kind of looks like a Martin MB-2, thou
gh I'm not 100% sure.

I believe those are Curtiss B-2 Condors, as they have the dual horizontal stabs. So the photo is likely 1930-31 I would think.

I agree with DB2 that these are Curtiss B-2 Condors. Only twelve production B-2s were delivered beginning in June 1929 and the last was surveyed in July 1936 according to Peter Bowers in his "Curtiss Aircraft 1907-1947".

Note the airman's head poking out of the guntub at the rear of the engine nacelle..quite a view he has!

Is that war games camouflage on the B-2s? If so, what year were there war games in the Chicago area? That would narrow down the date.
