I will search my records for the Argus experts in Munich. Great bunch to work with.

That'll probably be Flugmotoren-Reparatur Dachsel GmbH in Baierbrunn south of Munich, for which I posted a link in the post above yours. I don't think there are any other engine rebuilders at all in GA-unfriendly Munich.

The guys at CAMS built the first RAF 1 for The Vintage Aviator and various other parts, but there appears to been a bit of politicking, that I am not game to go into, that led to a "parting".
Still a remarkable achievement by all concerned though.
CAMS is still in the machine shop business, providing a lot of parts for the WWII aircraft, mainly P-40. The last project I saw there, was the developement of press tooling for RR Merlin fishtail exhaust stacks. Beautiful work!

EDMJ, you are right; that is the shop I was refering to that has all the Argus parts. Recognize the Logo without having to find my stuff. Anyone needing their assistance better have someone who can speak German however.
