The Zeta liner is way better than the TPL Was the TPL cooked for your head or is it one of the pre-molded ones? Also where are the hot-spots when wearing the helmet? If the helmet is too tight left to right the pads behind the ear cups can be removed. The pads come in 2 IIRC different thicknesses. Also does it have the ICNS (Intergrated Chin and Nape Strap) or the old style where the nape strap is laced? Did you get standard or custom earcups? I'm sure Randy will chime in with his opinions on this also.

Sorry for all the questions but after 23 years of building-up, inspecting, repairing these things I can do them in my sleep.

After 20 hours of flight in the SNJ/Harvard with my Aero Classics helmet, I must say that its exceeding all my expectations.

It's comfy (more and more so since the liner is adjusting to my skull), quiet (no need to wear plugs as in my HGU-55) and looks the part in a Harvard.
