B-17 Pilot`s control panel - need plans

Sun Sep 25, 2011 12:55 pm

I have an original face plate, instruments, and switches for the B-17 pilot`s control panel (the panel that houses the generator and battery switches, etc.) but no box. I am also missing most of the stamped placards that labeled the switches. I tried NASM, but they are moving and drawing services are shut down for the indefinite future.

I am looking to fabricate a new box and have replacement placards stamped out. Does anybody have a set of plans that I can beg / borrow / buy?

Many thanks,17f

See detail pictures on page 15 of the 'Mary Alice' thread in the Retroaviation Hangar of all the cockpit panels in a G. just enlarge them on your screen.
