Haven't posted in a while but found this 8 x 10 at an Antique shop around the corner from my house. Walked in and the fellow at the counter was just looking at it. He had found it in a book.
The hardware on deck appears to be Mainly A7 Corsair II's, S-3 Vikings, a Hawkeye and four or five F-14's.

Malo has it right, Secondary Conn, still there on the Nimitz class but much smaller. Don't know if CVN-79, the next JFK, will have one in the same location, we haven't gotten that far on the Ford build.

I say that Malo is correct has the main bridge is used for combat.
It's used only if the main bridge is destroyed.

Went by the JFK this morning. It is sitting at the former PNSY in South Philly along with the Forrestal. All looked well , but the paint is fading .
