Do you have a picture of this indicator.. It is a autosyn transmitter and the part number of the indicator has been changed and not the original part number.. I can produce it if you have a picture. Sam

Hi Sam,

Many thanks for you help. The old instrument is not mine.

When French army bought AD4 Skyraider in 1960 th, they removed these instruments and they was driving engine with only RPM and Manifold Pressure. Why not!
But now I would like to use US Navy power plant charts but they used RPM and Torque Pressure on their charts and It's the reason why I am looking for this instrument.
I noted P/N and informations on another plane equiped with.
Here is a picture of it :

Sorry for poor quality

If you could find me one it should be very appreciated.

Best regards,

What transmitter are you going to use? Is it a direct reading? I believe I can help with this info. Sam

Hi Sam,

It's a transmitter that takes information from oil pressure taken from the front of the engine. I can have more information and make a photo but in a few days when I'm back home.

Many thaks for your help.

Best regards.

Christophe.

The R4360 originally had a US Gauge Transmitter with a long capillary tube from the engine to a transmitter on the firewall. They did this to keep oil out of the cockpit. You need a 26VAC inverter and autosyn indicator.. I can supply both and I have a direct reading indicator if that is what you need.. Sam
