The USAAF's 78th Fighter Group flew P-47's from Duxford Airfield way back in WW2 ~ today we got a glimpse back in time when the Fighter Collection's Thunderbolt restoration made it's very first engine run ..... MAGNIFICENT ! :drink3:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t_SR8VSRwcY

I'm keeping everything crossed that we will get to see this P-47 gracing the skies over Duxford for Flying Legends 2012

If you're planning to be there ~ don't forget the scheduled dates are a tad different for the norm due to some track n field event in London in the summer.
Show time at Duxford dates are Saturday 30th June & Sunday 1st July
