Tomorrow night on the History Ch. A look at the 24 hour period after the attack on Pearl Harbor. Not sure of the time, 9:00 eastern time maybe. It says 8:00 on the History website. I dont know if thats eastern time, mountain time or Guam time!

Unless otherwise stated, most TV networks use Eastern by default.

Watching TV...shouldn't we be watching the radar? We don't want to fall for the same trick again.

Really?
Pearl Harbor wouldn't have been such a surprise if people paid more attention to the radar...(and didn't mistake the Japanese for the incoming B-17s).

HISTORY - that would be the "ancient aliens channel" right? So why should we place any value or validity to conclusions reached there concerning the Pearl Harbor attack?

Hey - one question immediately following another - I could be writing for the Ancient Aliens Channel!

The radar operators did their duty and contacted their superiors when the "blips" showed up on radar. The superiors said it was the flight of B-17's from the main land. Why were the B-17's coming in from the North? Why were the planes being ferried in on a Sunday? Just a couple questions I've wondered about.
