Not bad for CGI Spitfire/Messerschmitt

That was fabulous... and very unexpected. I thought the CGI felt very authentic in most place.... yes, you could tell it was CGI, but the pace, and the full-bodied sound were so arfully combined with strong and clear action that I didn't really notice. I thought that the story arc was good too, and they conveyed a lot without ever having to say much. Very well done, and totally captivating. Helps to watch on a big screen with good stereo sound too. Thanks very much for posting.

I enjoyed this little film a great deal. The only thing I really wondered about was the British pilot was in combat without his flying goggles on. His equipment looked very correct, down to the .38 cal revolver. The versions of the two aircraft probably met many times, the ME-109F had an initial problem with the tail coming off, (no struts like the "E") so many Es stayed in service after the Fs introduction (and were preferred my some pilots). Some Spitfire MK IIs had cannons, and they got them to work while some were probably still in service, so there is room for overlap between the two aircraft shown.
