I heard some guy named Welshki went up just minutes before and did it in a regular Mig.

:lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: He was flying the one only Lavotchkin La 176, and being kind of a fan of the La jets I see La-186's all the time in Soviet era footage usually in flight and in programs about the Mig 15 because it's a swept wing (abeit shoulder wing not mid body) T tailed Russian jet and the producers have no idea the type exists, they use it in representative footage of the Mig. In a lot of ways it was superior to the Mig 15 but was a very complex design and difficult to build and maintain.

P.S. he did it in a shallow dive-

And the Tu-144 got it's Russian type certificate dated Dec. 32nd because the Government said it must fly before the end of that year 1968 to beat the CONCORDES T.C. date.
