I was watching an interview with Redtails actor Cuba Gooding Jr. and he mentioned George Lucas made a companion documentary to Redtails called Double Victory that airs this weekend on the History and H2 Channels. On H2 tonight 8pm and tomorrow at 4pm on History, both with subsequent re-airings.

Thanks for the heads up BK. I'll have to catch it on a subsequent showing. Keep us posted.

I noticed that too late despite searching Double Victory and Redtails beforehand. That thread was labeled Red Tails so the search engine didn't pick it up. At least I'll know why if I get banned from WIX (or Wix, wix, W-I-X, w i x, etc.) now.

I'm watching it now on History HD. It is really refreshing to see some actual history content on the History channel. I give it :drink3: :drink3:

Very nicely done documentary with good period footage that I havent seen before. The pilot interviews are a nice touch and help fill in the historical narrative.
