I notice the Johnsvile markings on the bottom. Did this plane go directly from Johnsville to NASM?

THat is so awesome. It looks like the airplane could be prepped and flown out of there. Look at the exhaust stains and how pristine the airplane looks. I like the paint scheme much better than its current scheme.
