Definitely not Tigers, the wing rake and mix of dihedral and lack is distinctive, as are the 'Moth' style wingtips. Also they're radials, not inverted inline. I don't know what they are though, but they look like it's got a 'Fokker' comma rudder over the triangular fin arrangement - otherwise unlike a Fokker.

The other is certainly a Lockheed Orion, see the Orion tail, cowl and wing plan form.
