Yes, I have to wish a Belated Happy "39 for the Last Time" Birthday to our own Colonel Robert Rohr! Yes, it was only 39 years ago yesterday (5Nov66) our own Beloved Colonel entered this world with Herr Docter exclaiming,"Frau Nurse! Vich Eind Do I Shpank!" And Here in the Republic we celebrate by taking yet another day off and Tipping our Moxies in Salut to Our Intrepid Colonel
