Merle Maine had a ex-Jordainian F-104A at the Ontario, OR airport for many years. I saw it last in 2010. The FAA N-number site lists it as sold to someone back east. The aircraft spent a number of years sitting out, but still looked in fair shape when last saw it.

I have checked it out. I cannot see an F-104 at your co-ordinates.
There is a (misplaced) photo of one on Panoramio at your position, but the background exactly matches the background at my location (looking from the rear, you can see the trees on either side of the road.

I can see the aircraft at Andy's coordinates, but don't see one at BAJ's.

Wow. I seem to be closer to identifying two aircraft I saw on a quick visit through Amman-Marka in 2004:
15/01/2004 OJAM-AMMAN/MARKA ??? WASP/SCOUT
15/01/2004 OJAM-AMMAN/MARKA 958 F-104

One of the photos in this thread shows both but does not mention the IDs. I think my F-104 above is wrong.

Are they known please?
