Looking for bits?????? B-25/Beech 18/R2600 small parts

Thu Apr 19, 2012 5:58 pm

The Alberta Aviation Museum is coming to the conclusion of a number of projects and is going to have some excess bits and pieces for trade.

Our B-25 Static restoration is nearing the end of it's interior refit since roll out last year so clean up is starting:
Brake Parts
Some radio equipment
R2600 small parts (mags, carbs, starters and generators are already gone but might have bits)
Misc other small parts

Our Beech 18 static is done and there are some excess:
Horizontal Stabilizers (2) in good shape and some other small parts

There are left overs from a number of other projects as well.

Send me an e-mail eahs.execdirector@shawbiz.ca and I will send a list and pictures when it's all sorted.

Looking to trade for parts for upcoming projects.

Tom

Hi Tom,

What's the word on the 104? When is the museum getting it?

Tom, you might want to talk to Nanton to see if they need any bits for their Beech 18

For barely started or targeted projects
Harvard/Texan (any for static)
Dehavilland Single Otter (any for static)
Beaver (yes dreaming, any for static)
Taylorcraft BC-12C 65hp (airworthy wing struts)
Fleet Finch (any)
Cirrus Moth (any)
P-39/P-63 (yes dreaming again)
A-20 (serious dreaming)

A full list of available parts and a want list should be available soon as the B-25 cockpit interior refit is just finishing off.
