Something is really Fodded with this aircraft by the looks of whats spewing out of the engines sadly... is a indicator of damage?

As you may know by now, the engines ingested several large bags of dessicant that had routinely been left in the engine intakes. Problem was, they didn't have "Remove Before Flight" streamers... What we're seeing is apparently the actual dessicant being spewed out.

Fantastic !The egine intakes are also absolutely 'up there' in a Vulcan.

Problem was, remove before flight streamers or not, somebody didn't do a very indepth preflight! It can happen to anybody. But it shouldn't!

Ok,scratch two engines,at least they have spare ones.
Now would be exactly the right time to review their pre-flight check procedures,maybe.
Thankfully the aircraft is saved.

Happily, no casualities for the pilots.

From what I red, They have two spare engines ready to be fitted.
And two more engine who were removed from the plane after having concern about their state and no information are available about the possibility to use them in the futur. (Rolls Royce support the Vulcan Thrust but refuse to overhauld these engines due cost and equipement availability)
So with the recent incident, its possibily the last two spare engines to be used.
Not to be negative, but I have the impression the time to see this beauty in the air is limited.
I saw her one time in Sanicole Airshow here in Belgium, and it's was very impressive (despite the fact that coming for the UK without landing and performing in two more shows in the same flight, the presentation was a bit shortened )
