Toncontin Boneyard ID part

Good Day!!

Found this peculiar piece of aircraft at Toncontin FMAH boneyard c. Oct 2009. Anyone one has any idea what it is?/ what aircraft??

Looks like a BT-13 rudder to me.

Obviously a XP-73 trim tab.
