Flying Wild Alaska and Buffalo Air

2 of the best reality shows on TV. Not being a pilot, wondering how accurately they are presented?
They show a lot of risks but if you did that every day would you live long, or are the pilots just that good?

I read an interview with Jim Tweto in AOPA Pilot magazine. He said, that the series was " a bit overdramatized". From my perspective, a pilot in the lower 48 states, it's a bit overdramatized.
I try to watch this show and the one about Buffalo Airways but, I only last about 15 minutes.
(Sometimes I watch entire episodes). That freaking ADHD cameraman gives me a headache.
He can't hold the camera steady, at all. Keeps playing with the zoom: zoominrealfaststopzoomoutrealfast. White flash to next scene *poof*, whiteflash to next scene *poof*,*poof*, and they won't keep the same camera angle for more than 4 to 5 seconds.
I think they would have a decent show if the camera work and editing was done on a more mature level.
