Hey Versatile, was this supposed aircraft in southern Mo? I had been chasing down the Corsair in a barn close to Joplin....thought it was a myth, but turned out it was for real...in fact, there were two Corsairs "in the barn". A fellow WIX'er in the St Louis area can back that one up. Just thought it might be the same tale, but someone inserted a different aircraft.
