I made my first ever visit to the CAF Airsho at Midland this year, and wonder if anyone can help with the identity of the unmarked blue c/s P2V (On loan from another Museum) in the field outside the museum Area?

To add a bit...The airplane came to the CAF via the deck of the USS Lexington in Corpus Christi. When the Navy off-loaded it from the Lex they managed to rig the sling incorrectly, hence the broken back on the airplane.
On a related front, in a previous post there was a question about the CAF museum's nose art. I believe the new website is up and running. Link thru the CAF museum home page.

Hi all
Thanks for the info. I have found the military serials for the vast majority of the Warbirds at the CAF Airsho now, and the related "Warbird Registry" was my main source of information, what a great site it is!! It can be difficult sorting out the actual serials of warbirds, especially those based in a "foreign" country, but the web in general, and Warbird Registry in particular made the job that bit easier.
