I think this is a great idea! This is exactly what they do in China. Once you get a citation you have no redress whatsoever. Just think of the court costs saved, and if even one motorcycle rider's life gets saved, so what if a hundred others get a ticket they don't deserve? Don't you implicity trust the police to do the right thing? Do you have something to hide? It's all for the sake of the children.

P.S. I voted for higher taxes too.
