This is the place where the majority of the warbird (aircraft that have survived military service) discussions will take place. Specialized forums may be added in the new future

I am a big fan of Warbird Radio but I have noticed that since the station changed from live broadcast shows to "on demand" the content has really dropped off in frequency.
The most shows produced lately have been the Plastic Scale Modelling Hour which for me personally is the least interesting (though it is good in itself).
We haven't had any new shows of Mike Chilson's excellent R/C Scale Builder Show.
There have been very few Warbird Radio Live interviews from Matt, which is sad as he had a lot of great guests on there in the past.
The Wix Show is still great but seems to come around less frequently nowadays.
And I am really missing my weekly fix of my favourite Warbird Rescue Show, with Chris and Rob.
Will we see a reurn any day soon to the same sort of schedule and output as before the format changed? I understand that there are meant to be two new shows coming too, one on behind the scenes of world museums and another on WWI aviation. I am really looking forward to both. But when can we expect these please? Does anyone else miss these shows like I do?

Yes Dave I noticed the same thing. I listened to yesterdays replay with Gary Velasco and the Collings Foundation. I think Matt moved cross country so that may have interrupted the regularly scheduled programing.

Hey guys thanks for the concern. All is well with the station we've just been enjoying the summer a little too much. Warbird Radio LIVE ( now just Warbird Radio) is moving to a weekly show and we're adding three new programs this fall to fill the air time. Mike Chilson's day job has been taking the majority of his time and it just happened to get really busy when we moved from DC to Biloxi. His show (The RC Scale Builder Show) returns this Friday.
Everything should be back up full speed after Thanksgiving. I also have a new airplane in the stable and openly admit to spending more time than I should tinkering with her. The annual inspections on both the L-2 and the new Tiger Moth start next week. Should be lots of fun stuff on WarbirdRadio.com as we progress with the annuals. Hope this helps. To quote some Monte Python "I'm not dead yet".

Thanks Matt, that is great to hear. I am really looking forward to the WWI show and the one on the museum collections. You guys all do a superb job.

Glad to hear it will be coming back. The library is really lacking on I-tunes podcast. Can you add more even if they are old podcast?

Thanks Matt for the show. On most long car trips I load up on warbird radio podcasts and it's always a treat. Tom Reilly is a favorite as he is a great story teller , with the gift he has he could easily be a radio or podcast host.
