Does anyone have an idea of what P-51 Mustang projects are on the market now? I know all the complete and flying airplanes on sale right now, but I am interested in what is out there for projects? It peaks my interest after seeing the P-51 that American Aero Services currently is working on... surprises me that there was such a plane just sitting at a tie-down for so many years before going into the shop. Thanks!

Tony Banta has a TF project for sale
Connie Edwards still has a few complete airframes
Classic American Aircraft had two Mustangs at one point, with at least one being for sale, I think one is at Midwest Aero. Square One was building up the other.
I think the plane at AA was part of a divorce settlement. nuff said hehe

I think Brian O'Farrell's project may still be up for sale with Midwest Aero Restorations in Danville, Illinois as well.
