It is here in Virginia Beach on Princess Anne Rd. I fly over it all the time but have never been to it.

Great museum. They've got an amazing collection so if anybody ever gets the chance to go, do it!

On a side note, and nothing critical or mean here, but I would really be a little happier if people used more than just someone's name in the title of a post. My first thought was something had happened to him. I've seen too many similarly titled post that deliver bad news.
Thanks.
Jerry

Seconded. I have to say that was my first, unpleasant, thought.

It's all too easy to post a thread with a "mystery meat navigation" title as well; a little thought as to what it's about, rather than 'Question' or 'name X' will avoid that confused feeling.

"...the methods of MMN are clear to the producer but baffling to the consumer."
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mystery_meat_navigation

Meanwhile, I've also heard good things about the museum! Go!

Regards,

Or, you could just try staying calm and being a grownup about things until you read the message. This isn't the first time somebody has been scared by what the title of a thread is on here. Those times, just like this time, it was ridicules as well.

Thirded  My first thought was doom. I've been to MAM (and Suffolk) many times and its great. I can't think of many other museums where you can walk among the aircraft instead of looking at them from behind a rail. Be sure to check the WWI hangar as well, beautiful woodworking.

Muddy -- ha ha ha!! :D

It really isn't asking much. I got the same jolt, particularly as I was just talking about the man with a personal friend of his VERY recently ..... so add my endorsement for the "gentle reminder" thing that was said.

After it's left. They're still 'testing' it in NZ.

I seem to recall reliable info saying they're aiming for Warbirds over the Beach show debut, which makes sense.

I talked to him a few days ago, and he said they hoped to have it back in Virginia in the spring, but hadn't exactly figured out how to transport it yet. Had some interesting ideas though...
