The 84-21001 has 2 long and 2 short J type stringers that we're spot welded.
The 78-21001 has 3 long and 1 short L angle stringers riveted on.
The 88-21001 was made of wood.
All horizontals for the T-6 series.

Get your T-6 done and then you don't have to work on it anymore.

I got the leading edge removed-

Found this from production-

A small area of the corner shows the bend relief being filed slightly bigger so there must have been a small crack from forming.
I went to the store and got some dry ice and blasted the dirt and goo from the insides and along the overlap of the leading edge

From this-

to this

with no scrubbing or abrasives.

Rich when you use and apply the dry ice do you have to crush it first or does the machine take care of it for you??
