They are still there, but the FAA created a completely new web page just for the reports an it is NOT as user frendly or easy to read as the old format. If you google FAA preliminary reports, it should take you to the FAA page that has the link.

Also, the new reports don seem to be updated as frequently as th old ones.

My comment wasn't political..it's just the American way to complain about government....federal or state...IRS, post office, state DMVs, etc.

Don't go looking for politics were none is intended.

From the http://www.asias.faa.gov/portal/page/portal/asias_pages/asias_home link,
click the Preliminary Accident/Incident Data link, which will open a Microsoft Office Excel file
(the prelim accident reports are contained within that Excel file).
