I would say Fw 58.
Markings on the Blenheims are Romanian

Not Fw 58's. None of them with round motors, and they had swing-arm mains, like an Ercoupe.
Now that's I've said what they
aren't, I'm sadly drawing a blank at the moments as to what they
AREOh, and confirm on the Romanian Crosses

That's what I figure. What I can't figure out is why the portrait was censored. I think we all know who it is, but I don't think there is any law against his image. Guess they were just being careful. By the way, it looks like the censoring was done very hastily on a computer. MS Paint perhaps?

(The marks on the Swastika at the top of the picture look suspiciously like an "eraser tool".

AND, it's still against the law in Germany to display the swastika in any form-that's why when you buy a WW2 German aircraft model, there are those goofy looking geometric things on the edge of the decal sheet, you can 'create' your own twisted crosses.

Inspector
Swastikas are perfectly legal on museum static aircraft in Germany, and most from the era are displayed that way. They are not allowed on flyable aircraft however.
If these photos are via German ebay they would have to be censored as such.
CDF can you advise the origins of these great shots?

IIRC, there is an exemption for educational purposes - hence why they are allowed in museums.

Most of these are here, plus others, and also some good info.....ex German ebay- hence the censored swastikas.

Thanks for sharing them, CDF! These pics are wild!
I see the Death's Head painted on the side of the HE 111, was the SS also part of the Luftwaffe?

Nice website and one I have visited before. Good stuff for Luftwaffe fans and thanks for sharing your 'purchased' photos for free here, nice thing to do. As one who has posted over 5,000 photos (with several hundred that I own myself) I always find it quite generous and kind of folks to share these old images with people who truely enjoy and admire them. I won't go down that regurgitated path of where they come from, who originally owned them, public domain etc. etc., that's an old beaten dog trail that's been discussed here all too many times (in many of my own posts as well) As long as your intentions are good and you make a good conscious effort to give credit where due your doing just fine.
I've always felt that these old photos should be exposed and shared with people such as ourselves for many fine reasons. Of all the benefits the one predominate reason would be the vast wealth of knowledgable folks who visit this site and other similar sites. I can certainly state that our collective pool of knowledge of old airplanes has increased dramatically due to members who take the time and effort to post these old photos. That includes members who post just one or a thousand photos, there all appreciated and valuable and what's even more valuable are you folks who take the time to post vast amounts of information. This is ALL good stuff and it would be hard pressed for anyone to disagree.
Thanks again for posting your photos.
