Hi Folks,
Apologies if this has been covered before, but is there any news on the availability/progress of the Corsair DVD that was mooted earlier this/last year?
I think it had footage of the 'Gathering of Corsairs and Legends show'on it.
Many thanks, Alan.

Mint, is there any way one can get the Corsair Exp. on VHS? I have a Uncle who flew them in the war and he only does VHS.

TIA,

Lynn

I guess I made my hints obvious, because my DVD set was under the tree this Christmas. I haven't had a chance to view all disks yet. I am looking forward to the remainder as these interviews have been very well pieced together and tell a great story.

I finally had time over the break to watch (most of) this 4 disc set and it was incredible. I was at the show at Mt. Comfort with my dad (ex-USMC F4U-4 mechanic) and got to meet and hear several of the vets in attendance but the dvd is just fantastic. When I first bought it a few months ago I skipped through a few of the discs looking for the flying scenes from the show and kind of wished that there were more...BUT, after spending more time with it, the interviews and recollections are invaluable and fascinating. Those guys were amazing and this is an invaluable personal history. Thanks to those responsible for putting it together. It is absolutely worth it!

HI Dave,

Thanks for the great review! :D

It always was about the guys and the stories, glad you had some time to spend with it, it definately is not something you can have on while doing other things, whenever I see it now it has to have my undivided attention.

Thanks Again!
