I spent Tuesday afternoon circling overhead Chino at 1500' AGL while doing some work on the Riverside ILS and noted Aluminum Overcast in the Chino pattern (RWY 26L) for what appeared to be some flight training. Monitored the Chino tower frequency for awhile to listen as the controllers worked the B-17.
