Saturday's evening air display was one of the best I've been to - the weather improved from a dull and threatening start to a golden glow and a clear sky.
Many thanks to all of the people at Old Warden who put so much effort into creating shows like this for us.

Stunning... as always Rob. From a photographer's standpoint, Shuttleworth seems to offer so much. I hope to get there one day! Until then, I can always enjoy your photos. Jim

The last shot of the PT-22 was done from a tripod using a cable release for the shutter. The settings were 13 secs at F8 on 100 asa.

O.P., it's a Westland Lysander, often referred to as the "Spy Taxi" since it was used by SOE for dropping and retrieving agents during WW2.
I'll stand corrected, but I think it's the only one flying at the moment. It sounds lovely too.

Thanks for the kind comments.
Bill, I use a Canon 10D and these shots are taken with either a 17-40 f4 L or 100-400 f4.5-5.6 L IS
Cheers, Rob
