FIFI

Mon May 20, 2013 10:19 am

FIFI was in Birmingham, Al. Thur. May 16-20th. The last time she was here was around 1984-86. She was at the old Hayes hangers now Kaiser Aviation Ind. Excellent sound and sight to see this old girl fly! Everyone with the the C A F were very friendly and help full with information to any and all questions ask. We hope they come back soon. Thanks to Alan Mosley and all who helped made it possible for the C A F to be here! :supz: :drink3:

FIFI just departed Atlanta KPDK for Concord NC Rgnl KJQF, had a nice visit, but not much of a turn-out, local media just didn't seem to give coverage for some reason, hope for better next time. Great to see her in the air, sure sounds good too! Good job B-29 Squadron. :drink3:

That's a shame the turn out was light. Thank you CAF for coming.
