Hello!
We are about finishing the errection of the subject biplane warbird. This airplane is powered by Continental W-670 engine.
According to the original manual no generator was installed on this airplane, however the engine has a provision for generator installation with "Generator Speed Step-Up Drive assembly".
We have a 12 V engine drive generator in working condition, but no "Generator Speed Step-Up Drive assembly".
1) Please help us to find the "Generator Speed Step-Up Drive assembly".
2) We can use Jasco made conversion kit 6555-1 and install a alternator. Should we install the alternator without the "Generator Speed Step-Up Drive assembly" ?

Best regard

Leon
