Warbird Information Exchange

A hot rodder on the H.A.M.B. forum bought a 20-gallon aluminum tank at the L.A. swap meet last weekend; it's marked "REFILL THIS TANK WHEN GOING INTO COMBAT - TECH ORDER (??) 1-65". Here's a link to the thread; does anyone recognize it?

Update: After more discussion on the H.A.M.B., it's been identified as a deicer fluid tank (should be "REMOVE..." not "REFILL..."); so can anyone ID the aircraft it would be from?
