This is the place where the majority of the warbird (aircraft that have survived military service) discussions will take place. Specialized forums may be added in the new future

Dan you're a riot!
Operation Mudge is a go!
We just had close to a week of 80% humidity. (today it's about 50%) makes all the difference.
Hat, sunscreen, lots of water (remember, you can bring coolers to Geneseo, just check back in to the car every couple of hours so you don't have to lug it around)
and lots of pics for those who can't attend.
Have fun. Here's to a safe and fun time for all

so far I've counted 17 main attractive warbirds, not counting hags C-45, C-47, the L-39's, ect. That's the most I can remember ever being on the airshow aircraft list! Also added is a Corsair from AAM and P-51 Bald Eagle!

Alas, Mudge, I will not be in attendance.
But beware... be aware!
And keep checking your six (Rumor has it Mrs. Mudge had a wicked four-seam fastball back in school).
Or they could just tie you up and throw you down the slip 'n' slide.

For all those that are lucky enough to go, be sure to stop by 'Bessy' and help out with her repainting campaign.

For a $20 donation you can sign her or write a personal message. (a lot of people have signed in memory of someone)

Folks, sorry to say I got my info crossed.
Bald Eagle isn't going as Andrew is flying his routine in his T-6G.
My Bad and I apologize for it.

Nice one Austin!
Great to see you. It was a great weekend.
For those who have never been. This is a unique venue. It's a down home country airshow, on a 5000 foot grass strip. Access to aircraft is second to none. Lots of great folks, out to have a good time and check out some cool aircraft.
As you can see by photos people post, all you see in the background is trees and crops with no modern clutter.
Geneseo rocks
