Does anyone out there have the N number of the latest P-51D restoration by Mid-West Aero? Video of starup and taxi on their Facebook page. Looks like another winner.. Thanks in advance.

I'm thrilled to see the choice of markings - it will look spectacular with that large 12th FBS shark mouth painted across the nose. There is a story alone in the rocket launchers that are fitted, which are not the late factory standard types (haven't been seen on a Mustang restoration to date). She looks awesome, Mike and crew!

Yeah, I wonder if Oshkosh has seen so many potential warbird award winners as it might this year.

Shades of 2008, when "Happy Jack's Go Buggy", "Old Crow", and "Impatient Virgin" all debuted.
